So true! What we put in our brains and hearts is just as important as the food we put in our stomachs. Good things in, good things out.

We just have to make sure the good things in are in fact good things. There is so much misinformation these days. Teaching children how to think clearly about what they read is more important than ever.

I agree, I think is getting quite challenging, especially for children, to filter the information we read and be confident we are responding appropriately.

I think the big problem these days is it is getting harder to be sure the answers we do get are accurate.
