It is a great view, but our mountains are very small compared to yours. I would love to see what the heights of American mountain ranges offer as views. Maybe one day, but it is getting less likely as I get older.

While on the subject of what has been recently read, I just finished Tom Lake by Anne Pratchett. It was about sort of love story about a cherry farming family in Michigan. The story made your state sound very pretty.

It’s pretty for sure. Cherry farming is big business in the Traverse City area, which is about 3 hours north of here.
